Pink Thur(Wednes)Day: XOXO

Hmmmmmk so I meant to post these yesterday but I didn't get around to it... Whoops... So even though I'm a day late, Happy Pink Wednesday ("On Wednesdays we wear pink!")! I got a bit busy with some glitter placement nails that I'm aiming to have up for V-Day, so stay tuned! They're super pretty! 

Today's post was for the February "Totally Doable 'I Have A Life' Nail Art Challenge" prompt 07: XOXO. I used two coats of China Glaze Dance Baby for the base, then stamped with the MoYou London Pro Plate 01 using Essie Bachelorette Bash. On the accent I used Sinful Colors Snow Me White and a Bundle Monster plate. Kinda pleased with how these turned out ^_^.

I'd had the idea to use this diamond-cross stamp and some polka dots to do BIG X's and O's on each nail, but the O's didn't go so well, so I just stuck to a whole lotta X's!

I've decided I'm really quite a fan of same-colour stamping (pink on pink, blue on blue etc). In person this mani kinda looked a bit like nail wraps - not that that's a bad thing! But you do find yourself saying "no, they are real, I promise!" quite a bit...
